Release Update, June 13, 2022
BEST Inc. released several upgrades on features in USOMS Portal as following:
E-copy of Signed BOL for Freight Shipment is Now Available
The copy of signed Bill of Lading (BOL) for shipped freight orders are now available in two different ways:
- A copy will be attached to the automated email notice, Freight Shipment Notice after order shipped.

- A copy will also be available with each order for further reference.
- For orders with signed BOL available, USOMS will have a flag next to Pro #/BOL # for reference.
- Click the Download Signed BOLs option under Actions to download files.
- For orders with signed BOL available, USOMS will have a flag next to Pro #/BOL # for reference.

Carrier First Scan Tracking View
Clients are now able to check shipped packages have made it to the carrier and received the first scan.
Available new features:
- New section- Carrier First Scan Ratio on dashboard for you to review shipments in selected time period, available options including Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or specify time period. To find out the percentages of parcels for which first scan is received.
- The first scan data will also be available with packages for each order for your reference.
Daily Shipped Order Report
A new email notification has been added to notify client with shipped parcel order list in a daily basis. This notification is optional. Please contact your BEST team account manager with valid email accounts if you would like to receive this notification.
Integration Monitor- API Log for System Integrated Clients
You can now access the new Integration Monitor- API Log under USOMS > Integration Monitor > API Log. This tool is designed for API integrated clients to view and search API transaction history:
- Search all transactions by different filters such as order number or request status.
- A summary of the HTTP request and response messages for trouble shooting information.
