Shopify Integration Guide

BEST Inc Shopify integration will automate the process of order fulfillment and inventory management.

Available Features

Order Sync

Sync Shopify newly available orders

Order shipment information will be pushed to Shopify to complete orders.

Verify if there is order cancelation request from Shopify.

Order cancellation triggered by client or BEST fulfillment center will be pushed to Shopify

Inventory Management

Response to Shopify inventory request for all inventory.

Response to Shopify for newly created items.

Setup Process

Step1: Please contact your BEST Inc. account manager to start the Shopify integration with the following info:

• Your store link. For example, bestinc.myshopify.com. This is available under Settings > the top of left navigation bar.

Step 2: BEST Inc. account manager will send an email notification to your registered account with BEST App installation URL.

Step 3: Make sure you log-in to our OMS Portal at: https://usportal.bestlogisticsglobal.com. Then open the installation URL from the email message, you will automatically be redirected to BEST OMS installation page as following.

step 4: To continue, click the Install button to go to the Shopify authorization page. Make sure you log in your Shopify store to see the following page. Click the Install app button to confirm the authorization.

Step 5: Once the authorization is confirmed, you will automatically be redirected back to BEST OMS page. The following page will display to confirm the installation is completed.

Shopify Account Setting

To complete the configuration of fulfillment process, additional setting in your Shopify store is required.

Set Products fulfillment to BEST Inc.

Update the fulfillment service option for all your Products that will be fulfilled by BEST fulfillment center. Please note: each product is required to be updated separately.

• From your Shopify admin page > Click on Products

• Click on each item to go to the item detail page. Scroll down to the Inventory Panel. Under Inventory will be stocked at section, select BEST Inc., the value created during the app installation mentioned above.

• Important! BEST Inc. system is not able to update the inventory status for SetMaster items.
