Customer Order Types
Best Inc. system supports below customer order types, which can be specified in your order creation request:
- Standard. Normal sales order with standard procedure in Best Inc. warehouse.
- FBA. For your FBA product inbound shipments to Amazon’s warehouse.
- Disposal. The purpose of the order is to dispose the items in the order.
- VAS. An acronym for Value Added Service. Using this value to indicate certain orders with additional documents required for fulfillment. This will ensure that our operations team will include all order documents with the order before it is handed over to the carrier for delivery.
When the VAS is specified, a list of required documents must be submitted with the order creation request. VAS orders can be uploaded on our portal using the order template, or through our Order Creation API.
Order Type VS Billing Type & Carrier Information
Available Carrier Billing Types and Carrier related information are various by different Customer Order Types, refer to below matrix for typical scenarios:

- VAS Labeling services including:
• Gift message to be printed and included in the box, and/or requires gift wrapping.
• Adding product label to each unit
• Adding carton label to orders shipped in full case.
• Adding commercial invoice to packages
• Adding packing list to packages
