Order Related Documents
Best Inc. can support attaching documents for your orders. You can specify them by uploading files after the order is created.
Upload for Existing Orders
For existing orders, as long as the order status is not in Pack, Shipped, Cancelled or Error, you can upload files through Best OMS Portal or Order Document Uploading API.
Supported Document Types
When you upload an order document, make sure to choose the right document type as below in order to apply it for your order fulfillment:
- Shipping Label. Choose this document type means you will use your own shipping label to fulfill the order. This label will applied in our warehouse once you upload it successfully.
- Bill of Lading. Please contact your Account Manager regarding how to apply this document for your order.
- Product Label. It will be used for your product labelling on the pack process in Best Inc. warehouse.
- Carton Label. It will be applied on the pack process in Best Inc. warehouse.
- Pallet Label. It will be applied on the palletization process in Best Inc. warehouse.
- Packing List. It will be printed and included in the package by Best Inc. operation team once you upload it.
- Commercial Invoice. Only applicable for international orders, it will be printed and included in the package once you upload it.
- Other. The documents under this type is mainly for your reference, if you have any documents under this type want to apply to your order process, please contact your Best Inc. account manager for help.
