Understand The Status Of Order Processing

In the Best Inc. fulfillment center, the complete order processing process, from receiving the order to ready to ship, includes several stages. The following are the stages of the order processing cycle:

  • Creating. Connecting with warehouse system to create order.
  • Pending. A pending order indicates shipment related documents, for example, Shipping label, are still missing and fulfillment center cannot process it. Please make sure to upload related documents as soon as possible to avoid any process delay. Please Note: pending orders will be cancelled after 7 calendar days.
  • DueOut. Order is allocated to a warehouse operator.
  • Pick. Warehouse is working on the order picking processing.
  • Pack. Warehouse is working on the order packing processing.
  • Routing. Order packing and palletization is done in warehouse, customer is determining the order shipping and carrier information.
  • Packed. The order packing processing is done in warehouse.
  • PartiallyShipped. Designed for LTL shipment only. Part of the pallets have been shipped.
  • Shipped. Order is fully shipped out.
  • Cancelled. Order is cancelled.
  • Error. Some error happened when create this order.
  • OnHold. Order is on hold due to some exception or per customer’s request.
